Returns Are Easy!

Need to return an item? We will work diligently to make the process as painless as possible, just email or call us at our Toll Free number. Let us know what your concerns are or problems so that we can resolve them to Your Satisfaction.

You may return most items sold by Carol's Art Shows, within 60 days of delivery for a full refund.

We'll also pay the return shipping cost, if the return is a result of our error. Please note that we are able to exchange items. If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will pay the shipping costs.
